1. Service Fee

• All service fees are charged for administrative and processing services we provide in assisting your visa application.
• Service fees are non-refundable once your visa application has been submitted to the authorities for processing.

2. Government Visa Fees

• Government visa fees are collected on behalf of the Saudi authorities.
• Any refund of government fees is subject to the rules and discretion of the Saudi immigration authorities. We do not control the return of government visa fees.

3. Refund Eligibility

• Refunds of the service fee are only considered in the rare case of a processing error on our part (e.g., incorrect submission that caused your application to be rejected).
• To request a refund in such a case, please submit:
• Official rejection documentation from Saudi authorities
• Your payment confirmation
• A written refund request to support@visitssaudia.com

4. Refund Processing Time

• Eligible refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving all required documentation.

5. Important Disclaimer

• Visa approvals are solely at the discretion of Saudi immigration authorities.
• PSK Tourism LLC does not guarantee visa issuance.
• By submitting an application, you acknowledge and accept that our service fee is for processing assistance and may not be refunded after submission.
